Our story

An instructor teaching a live online class Students learning together on a laptop

We started Gradanta with a simple idea: learning should get you ready for real work. So we built certificate programs in marketing, finance and management, taught by expert instructors and designed around the jobs and careers they prepare you for.

A certificate on its own rarely gets anyone hired. Employers look for people who can do the work: build the financial model, run the campaign, plan the shipment, manage the project. So we design every program backwards from the job. We start with the roles a program prepares you for, look at what people in those roles do every day, and teach exactly that.

Taught by expert instructors

Our expert instructors are professionals with real experience in the subjects they teach. They show you how the work is actually done, explain the reasoning behind each step, and share the shortcuts and mistakes they have seen on the job. Because classes are small, they get to know you and your project. They answer your questions live in every class, guide your project as it takes shape week by week, and help you understand what employers will expect from you.

Ready for the job, not just the test

Weekly practice tests help you check your progress, and a midterm and final test confirm what you have learned before you earn the Gradanta Program Certificate. Alongside the program, we help you build your resume and LinkedIn profile, prepare you for interviews, and our learner support stays with you until you get your first offer.

Our goal is simple. When you finish a Gradanta program, you should be able to do the job, explain how you did it, and show the work that proves it.

How we teach

Learning by doing

Each program runs for 8 to 12 weeks and starts with the basics. Once a week you join a live class taught by an expert instructor to a small group. Classes mix a short lesson with hands-on practice in the tools people use at work, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Google Ads and Analytics, Python, SQL, Jira, Odoo, Canva and many more. Every class ends with a 15-minute Q&A, so you can ask about your own work, and every class is recorded so you can watch it again.

One course project, from week 1 to the last class

In the first week you get your course project. You build it as the classes go and submit it the week before the last class, so by the end you have a complete piece of work, such as a marketing strategy, a financial model and valuation, an HR plan, a supply chain plan and many more. You present it live to your instructor and cohort, and keep it as a work sample to show employers.

Real rules, real data

Examples and exercises use real companies, real business rules and real data, including GST and e-way bills, UPI, EPFO and ESIC, NSE and BSE filings, the DGFT and ICEGATE portals and many more. What you practise in class is what you will use on the job from your first day.

Small live classes

A 1.5-hour live class every week with 15 minutes for questions. Every class is recorded.

A course project

One complete piece of work, such as a marketing strategy, a financial model, an HR plan and many more, that you submit and present live.

Tests and a certificate

Weekly practice tests, a midterm and a final test. Score 50% or more overall and submit and present your course project to earn the Gradanta Program Certificate.
